OcUK SA: Your 2009 Goals

Not really. I do it in about 40 at the moment :p I really need to pick it up if I have any hope of playing a decent level of competitive rugby. 5 miles in 27minutes is the pace my uncle had to run when he toured South Africa with southern counties. Although that was mainly to make sure they were fit enough to cope with altitude.

5 miles in 27mins is seriously quick, you sure your uncle isn't telling porkies or slightly exagerating?

For 2009 i guess would be to lose as close to 2stone as possible if not more, and be able to bench 90kg for a set. Im weak in bench for a big fella =[
 
I was aiming for the big 600kg - but with doing the AGVT and not training strength for a while I reckon that might not happen. Would be nice to break my PBs in all 3 though even by 5kg.
