I though Paris trip for two, but when you factor in hotel it gets pretty expensive. Also I'm already takeing her to Germany for Christmas.

So where and what else?

She likes theatre (but we go a lot), history, doesn't have any real hobbies except occasionally mountaineering and skiing.

BUDGET £200 for both of us.

Date: First week of November

go round Breckon Beacons? bit of camping, lot of walking and climbing, lack of luxuries, but it's part of the fun :)

Why as my recommendation been deleted? It's a bloody good restaurant to take the Mrs on a date, and considering the OP is in London I'd have thought it was a good choice.

Do they also sell PC hardware and are classed as a competitor or is it merely the fact that some moderator has had a bad experience there?

are you referring to the oxo tower restaurant?

/edit didnt see the link...!

:D

ok, just to get it out the way "take her up the pooper!"

sorry to lower the tone, but best to get it out the way early.

but yea, for £200 you can go out and have one really good night out, or a weekend of cutting back to stretch it a little more :)

£200 for both of you won't get you very far.

If she's into theatre, how about a West End show and a nice restaurant?

Done that for valentines and it was awesome.

As for spending mroe money...I'm already taking her away a month later!

Jeez, your spoiling her too much, your going to be competing with yourself until one day you find your planning a trip to the moon :o

And you ;)
