Inspired by the UGG thread I thought it would be interesting to unleash our meterosexual sides and follow the fabulous world of fashion.

What do you think of the current clothing and accessory trends? Let fly your love for UGGs or hurl your hatred for skinny jeans and flat shoes.

Skinny jeans and heels - it just works (although preferably on legs with a little more meat on the bone than this pic!)

Footless leggings with flat shoes - they make me shudder.

I find it disturbing your speciality seems to be women's fashion.

One look that seems a faux pas to me is the "Rave chick" look - as most the kids wearing it today haven't been to a proper one.

Nope, I just find it easier to judge given that I can go on my manly sexual impulses.
 
There is a slight difference between the women with the jeans on and the other lasses. The women with the jeans on could make just about anything look good even though I can only see half her body; i'm counting the other half is just as fine.

I beg to differ - I've seen SMOKING hot girls in footless leggings and flat shoes and thought they looked awful.
 
Footless leggings with flat shoes looks ok on the right girls. Granted some girls that wear them should certainly not be allowed out in them, but the pretty girls with nice legs/body it looks good on.

Also girls in baggy jeans with trainers look hot.

EDIT: I hate skiny jeans on boys or girls, that pic is just so wrong.
 
Faux Pas:

People with their arse hanging out of their jeans. PULL YOUR ****ING TROUSERS UP.

I'm also told that fashion originates from inmates, whom would wear their prison trousers in such a fashion to indicate to the other inmates that they are in need of some prison love...

Half right. It's from prison, but it's not about buggery, it's about the fact that they take your belt off you. So I'm told, anyway.
 
That's what I originally thought, but apparently that's just about baggy trousers in the first place. I'm referring to people who have tight jeans tightly tied at the bottom of their bum cheeks.
 
On that note, I've got one.

SEVERAL BELTS

You only need one. Also belts (normal belts, not thick girls' belts) that AREN'T IN YOUR BELT LOOPS

Yes I'm sure it's a very nice belt but you don't need to have it droop down to your knees so everyone can see it. All it does is make people want to hook you onto things.

Also High top trainers. No idea why these are back, they're ****ing awful and they were ****ing awful the first time round as well. Gash.

A couple of my own dislikes...

Leggings on women who have less than perfect figures (too skinny/too big and they just look wrong)

Ugg boots are just generally chavvy as hell and very rarely if ever do they look good.

Skinny jeans on men...just HELL NO

Skinny jeans on women who have less than perfect figures (as per leggings)

Blokes who wear brightly coloured trainers is a big pet hate of mine, although i do appreciate that some people really dig wearing bright red trainers etc.

I think this can be forgiven if it goes with what they are wearing, not when its just bog standard clothes and crazy shoes, to show how "Kooky" they are.

Guilty :/

Electric blue, pink, green, yellow... all of those colours are in force at the bottom of my wardrobe. In fairness, it my last couple of jobs it's t-shirt & jeans, everyone looks the same so lairy trainers are an easy way to stand out.. and I love trainers. I don't wear them with skinny jeans though in my defence :D
