Do people deserve a second chance @ life after a serious crime ?

yes people deserve a second chance and yes some people can turn themselves around.

It very much depends on the person and support.
We do not have effective punishments and support in this county.
It's about having a decent risk assessment and producers in place.

Like said, it depends. I think some people deserve death for their crime. Just google Dnepropetrovsk Maniacs, watch that video and then tell me they don't deserve a slow agaonising death?

EDIT: Be warned, the videos are not advisable to watch, they are most disturbing. Maybe just read the accounts of what they did on wiki or a news site.

The fast majority of people can happily drink without getting into fights, it is not addictive and again for the fast majority is not health damaging.

Jesus Christ, how can people do that to someone completely unfounded, in fact how can people do that at all ?, wow.

They are obviously mentality ill, lack of emotions if you will, it's very hard to watch and not feel anger towards these people, hmmmmm, my first reaction is to want to put these people to death, but is that really the right thing to do, it's really hard to decide what's the right thing after seeing that, need to gather my thoughts tbh.

People be warned searching out that video, it is EXTREMELY disturbing.
