For 'Top Gear' boffins, remind me which episode the stig drives Jeremy's car...

Can anyone remember which episode it was when the stig drove Jeremy's car round the track without him knowing (until he watched it on the monitor). It was a few years back now and I think it was a Merc of some sort, can anyone give me any clues to pin it down? I've been searching google and Wikipedia with no luck

Not sure if it was this one, but it's the only mention I can find of "Jeremy's own SL55"

That is the one, I remember it because Clarkson put a nonsence plate on it while doing the review (so his reg number didn't become known.). But they didn't put it on for the Stig's lap. He was not pleased.

I'm still waiting for the Opel Kaddet power lap.

And because Top Gear is screened live, he had no opportunity to prevent his plate being seen by the public. :rolleyes:
