but the plastic on it is to big it hits my sata ports on the side is it safe to cut abit out ?

i wouldn't want to cut it incase you ever need to RMA it. you'd instantly void the warranty.

Can you not use any of the SATA cables that have a 90 degree connector.

my friend cut his heatsink on his card to fit ramsinks on, now his card isn't working properly thus he can't RMA, don't think it would be a good idea imo

im using a 90 degree connector but it is one tight fit! thanks for the help with finding the 90 degree connector for me didont know thay existed
