Blue bin in Manc what day to put it out?

I lost the timetable that told me when to put the bin out :o

Does anyone know the day/date its supposed to go out? Every 2 weeks or something? Looked on the council website and couldnt find any info :p
 
I swear they randomly change the bin collection timetable at my house. As far as I have worked out, it is rubbish every week with recycling every other week and garden waste every week in between. Some times we forget to put out the normal recycling which is easily done so that means when we do remember, we expect it all to be gone. However this is not the case all the time as it is sometimes still there when I get back from work! :mad:

I actually watched them come collect garden recycling one day from my window. I neatly sandwiched the bag between our bins so it didn't go everywhere in the wind. Anyway, I watched them picked up my neighbours and then thought, 'excellent ours is next' (you can tell I had a exciting day! lol). But to my horror the guy doing the work walked straight past it and carried on. :mad::mad: I nearly ran out in my pants, but then I thought doing that probably wouldn't have been the best sight for the neighbours so I gave it a miss. :p And I know what you are all thinking. No I didn't strip off to watch the binmen secretly from my window in my pants. I not long got out of bed!
 
Just look out the window every day.. when all the bins are out... put yours out.
Oh and write down the day :p
 
Heh I'm not here very often xD

The blue bin is full to the brim with beer bottles and theres another 3 beer crates packed full, it must be done!
 
On my local councils webby there is a bin collection day chart that tells you which days to put out which bins based on postcode.

Maybe yours does the same.
