Blue bin in Manc what day to put it out?

black bin every week then its either the brown or blue recycling bin every other week on the same day as normal rubbish

just put it out with the normal rubish and in 2 weeks or less it will be emptied

unfortunately I think you have the bins the wrong way round too.... blue is paper/cartons.... brown is tins/glass and plastic bottles (at least here anyway - m20)

This thread amazes me in a way, does the OP actually think that binmen only work one day every two weeks in Manchester and on that one day they do the bins in the whole of the city?

Now that we do all the work for them it could be possible.

Eeeh, I remember t' gud old days when binmen cum rind the back of thee howse, picked up t' metal bin and carried it to t' binwagon and then tuk it back.

It's not actually bad where we live, we don't have any bins and you just have to put black bags out every week. I prefer that to having a stinky bin.
