Honestly the guy shouldn't have broken in.
It just seems so wasteful, losing your life on a breakin

man stabs burglar to death in tottenham.
The thing is he stabbed the guy 12 times in the back.
You can't really argue he was much a threat after the first couple of stabs, so why did he continue?
and another where a father went back inside, got a knife, then came out and started a bit of the stabby stabby (the latter is a vague recollection)..
Its much like that farmer who shot and killed that guy who kept burglerising his house. Got sent to prison for murder then got let out.
It's a ridiculous law made because someone said "Oh my gawd! japanese culture and history is sooo violent and makes everyone crazy! the peace loving europeans never had such bad wars! Think of the children!"
To be fair though he shot the guy in the back when he was no longer a threat.
This is true, But if the same person kept robbing things from your house would you not take action eventually?
Tony Martin is a cold blooded killer and is extremely lucking to not be in prison!
He even said in front of multiple witness's that the next time his burgled he is gonna shoot the b******s.
Then on the night of the murder he booby trapped his house and laid in wait fully clothed with a loaded (AND ILLEGALLY HELD) shotgun!
Society doesn't need nut case's like that roaming free imho!
Thief or no thief shooting a 12 year old kid in the back when they are running away is cowardly and completely unacceptable in civilized society!!
