It must still be sealed in the cellophane though.
Requirement to sell hardware with the OEM copies of the OS is a thing of the past - think Windows 98.
You cannot sell your OEM Vista - the exceptions being:
1. You are selling it as part of your system. You are selling your holw computer and the OS installed on it.
2. Your OEM copy is still sealed and unused.

Hmm gotcha.
I'm thinking of breaking a system and selling it on the MM, selling the OEM that is installed cheaply with the MB if it was possible.
