I'm pretty sure it's either. As you can lock the slots to just down to friends or open to anyone to join

what do you mean it's not saving?
It should save everytime you finish a level, but when you next play it puts you back at the start on the map but you simply move your character to the level you were up to.

I wish we'd get another Marble Blast. It was the first XBLA game that grabbed my attention and I still play it occasionally. Switchball was fun as well but not in quite the same way. Would love another with new levels

I enjoyed 1942, good old fashioned scrolling shooter.... short though.
You're getting mixed up with Shadow Complex?
Anyway, been playing 1943 and it's great fun. Well worth a purchase!
