ok im looking for a warter cooling system for my computer im getting

intel i5 750
palit 260 gtx

and i want to run it on the Gigabyte GA-P55M-UD2

so im looking for a cheap full kit that can cool it all

im looking at around 200-250 pounds

im not looking for overclocking just silent running

Doesn't the palit have a custom layout to the normal 260 gtx?
What case have you got?
Do you want the rad internal or out side the case.

Don't think so, but I don't know for sure. The cooler isn't bad though, quite quiet in my case anyway.

Yeah I have that card and I have a feeling the custom PCB means a waterblock is a no-no.

Or you just go with a "GPU-only" cooler, which will perform better, anyway.

You can buy a very nice setup for £200, even nicer if you get the kit second-hand from MembersMarket.

But I would have a think about what you want to do first, as watercooling is more of a hobby nowadays than a necessity for either silence or overclocking.

Better air coolers should always be your first port of call if you're just looking for silence, as unless you go wild, watercooling will still have fans which spin, too.

u do have a point but iv allways liked the looks of warter :) so whats my best bet at a silent air cooled cpu / gpu cooler ?

and is there a way to make my power supply silent ?

GPU Block and RAM Sinks? Would be surprised if the holes themselves were in different places, and then it's just an epoxy/drill/clip/whatever job.

so water cooling isant really that good compeard to a good air like the v10 http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HS-027-CM&groupid=701&catid=57&subcat=1395 ?

will the V10 fit in a mid atx case ?

The v10 is a serious piece of overpriced rubbish from what i've read.

A proper water loop will out perform top end end by quite a bit depeneding on how much you spend but as the saying goes you get what you pay for (the V10 being the exception).
The likes of the corsair h50 seem to be a very good step to get into WC as its a closed loop and easy to install.

Yeah, an H50 is OK but only about as good/slightly better than decent air. For really good watercooling, you need to look at a custom loop.

If your considering the V10 cooler, then the corsiar H50 is a lot cheaper and better, or if ur wanting something more kit based the swiftech H20 kits are a good learning point.
