Who been digging my kitchen up?!?

For the past week without fail I wake up, make my way to the kitchen only to find the grouting between the tiles has been turfed up and spread around the floor. At first they only seemed to concentrate on one area of the kitchen mainly around the cupboards but now their spreading and found bits been turfed up on the other side of the room.

First thought was a rat or mouse had been at it, but searched high and low, found no signs of droppings anywhere and been scavengers logically place to find them would be inside the cupboards for the food but nothing has been touched.

Any ideas what it could be and how I can get rid of these elusive critters?

Do you have an urge to make clothes out of tinfoil?





Maybe lay some traps around the kitchen, see what turns up.

Went to bed at about 12 last night and made a late night visit to the toilet about 1ish, something had been at it in that short space of time and thought it heard some scratching noise but didn’t think much about it, as I have regular visits from badgers trying to claw their way through the door.

Kitchen badgers, tbh. Spread mustard on the grouting.
