Words fail me!

This country really is going down the pan :( poor woman, why is it that the convicts and criminals have more rights than the victims

Selecting reporting from the BBC? I suspect there's more to this story than they are reporting.

Like you say there may be more to this than has been put in the bbc article, just the fact these feral kids are getting away with pretty much everything now and our laws protect them, makes me sick

Give it 50-60 years, wait for the scrote to become an OAP and we'll see if that happens if roles reversed.

Would be very interested to see how that scenario plays out...

i too would be interested, if it carrys on going the way it is now it should be inflicted upon him x10 worse

hopefully that will be karma

About time they did summit about all those Violent Grannys with sticks !!!

People really need to learn some respect nowadays, what went wrong?!

It's sad that times have changed so much things like this happen. I am only 21 though.

Here's more about it.

"Mrs Bowling had emerged from her house and was seen by the officer to be shouting loudly at the 17-year-old boy and using abusive language.

"The officer then saw her assault the boy by prodding him in the chest and grabbing hold of his clothing.

"She was given a number of chances by the officer to stop assaulting and verbally abusing the boy. She didn't stop and was then arrested.

"There was no evidence that the boy she assaulted had been throwing stones at her house or had been involved in any provocation.

"As Mrs Bowling did not admit the offence initially, it was not possible to caution her for the matter. There was no criticism from magistrates about the decision to prosecute."

That's why she was prosecuted, and found guilty, and fined £50.
