Red Ken complains it's biased that Boris was allowed on Eastenders, but he wasn't.

He was told "no politicians" which to me is the same as when you get dumped and you get told "it's not you".

Is there a particular reason to? Other than appeasing motorists, that is? London has the distinction of being one of the few cities with a decent public transport system. It also has the distinction of being a complete nightmare to drive through.

Maybe, maybe not (hint: it probably will). The point is, Livingston already made the unpopular decision to implement it, so from Boris' point of view he may as well leave it alone and see if it works or not.

No. Its a terrible system with a terrible incentive.
Anyway, it's not worth fighting over Point is he was still funny in Eastenders, I hate Eastenders, just hilarious to see him 'act' xD

There isn't really any other way to solve it - at least in the short term.

The office Boris holds is politically neutral, so the BBC did nothing wrong.

Also, Ken is about as likeable as herpes.

I have no idea. But I don't think there can be any doubt over the effect it has. It discourages people from taking their car into London. That in itself has to reduce congestion. It may not be enough to remove congestion though. And logically if congestion has increased since then without the charge it would be higher still.
