I went to see Monsters VS Aliens in 3D and it was amazing, but the headache I had afterwards! GOD!!

Happy headache's. :)

And to answer your questions, I think so yes.

having downloaded the manual it seems you need to buy a special 3d ir emitter and glasses. so i think its different to how sky 3d will be broadcast.

not that im aware of, and the format that 3d tv is being done is fully decided yet, which is why companies like philips havent comitted to making 3d tv's

it looks like your tv needs some kind of link to a pc.

Sky said that will launch a 3D HD channel next year. The 3D channel will showcase movies, entertainment and sports.

It’s Sky+ HD box is capable of delivering 3D content to a compatible “3D Ready” HDTV

so it may work?

cheers for all the info : )

did you manage to find out if your tv will work with sky hd 3d? I have the 50" version and samsung said it would work. The channel is available now.

The Sky 3D channel is already on the EPG, channel 217. Starts this Saturday, however it may only work with pubs, not sure.

I doubt it will work with 3D though. The screen isn't polarised, which is what the 3D standard is, so no it won't work with Sky3D or 3D movies.

It doesn't have to be polorised, sky 3D supports active glasses(non polorised) and passive (polorised) as it states on their web site.
