Here is my spec, its a bit over budget but included pretty much everything you will need:
One thing to note, the Corsair H50 cooler does not yet have a s1156 mount available from OCUK, this is supposed to be remedied in the next week.

cmndr andi spec looks good i would only change the motherboard to this MSI P55-GD65 Intel P55 (Socket 1156) DDR3 Motherboard [P55-GD65]

If you are like me and not very confident at overclocking then this board is for you press 1 button and its done for you. If you a good overclocker then stick with cmndr andi spec.
