Best ATI Drivers to date??

Well I'm on 9.2 Drivers at the moment so I feel i should probably 'upgrade' them. I heard 9.9's have had a few issues especially some games so ideally whats the best upgrade? I tried to go to ATI's website but they only offer the latest thing! so what is the best and where do I find them? :)

System Spec.

3.6 Ghz 9450 Quad Core Intel.
4870 X 2
4gb Ram

Anno bug was in 9.8 as well btw. Worked ok in 9.7.

They make it so hard to find the previous drivers, its not even funny (no sarcasm), you have to use Google to find them
 
As a 4870 user I haven't had problems with any of the drivers and therefore I always keep up with the latest version, as the latest version will always better support newer games.
 
Cheers All. I'll look into it! :) You see I tried to look for different versions but was annoying I couldnt find them.

So is there a difference performance Boost to each one?
