Notice how the boxer guy defending his female companion from being slapped in the face doesn't kick the scum when they're on the deck! I have no doubts if that was the other way round the couple would have recived kicks to the heads, lovely.

indeed, he has a sense of 'honour' about the way he decks the silly nobs!

as seems to be the case of late; idiots like this starting trouble with the wrong people end up worse off, which, is just BRILLIANT!
 
I have never understood that with fights, if the other person has had enough or isn't standing then the fight is over. It seems these days its just taken way to far in my opinion.

To be honest, if someone was acting like that chav at my door and threatening my life and my families I'm not about to stand there and think 'hmm best only punch him once', I'm going to get the nearest thing that's likely to let him know it was a bad idea (i.e. a baseball bat) and teach him a lesson. It's man's primal nature to defend and I'm not about to pussy foot around the subject if it came to it, in that situation you'd get angry, in a rage, adrenalin is pumping, you don't tend to act reserved, you go all out until he's no longer a threat.

in a lot of circumstances, i think it's idiots that feel they need to completely destroy the other person to show off to their mates that they have a will do damage someone that much, and thus 'saying' with fists don't mess with me

it's sick, and unnecessary

All I see is a chav threatening a guy, doing what chavs do, being violent, loud with all his mates around which by default they require to do anything, and the guy he's taking his angst out of lays him out.

That's the knee jerk response to that, another interpretation is that he could have hoped the chav came back for more after getting knocked down ;)
 
i think enough to put them off coming back, but not enough to seriously injure them - that could drive them to more extreme measures, such as a brick through the window.

sometimes a 'warning' is enough to make them wary, and shows them that you could do more if you wanted to - it almost shows them enough respect to make them show it back

It was refrence the OP not the boxer vid.. No he did what was needed and no more . Where if it was the other way round they would have kicked him when he was down and probably shanked him .

This story IS BS. I don't have any idea why it's being covered by the SUN as if it's new. This video was doing the rounds well over a year ago, I've watched it a few times now.

That guy's youtube page smacks of fake to be honest, why would he do this, then post and comment on it well over a year later?

Key word is 'sometimes' though and in the heat of the moment, you don't always think about your actions.

I'd say the beating that boxer gave in the video Tank posted looks about the right level of retaliation.
