More end of the year Chav beatings!

Yeah he was lucky they weren't more discrete with the cameras to be honest, otherwise he could have had a real problem with the police.
doubtful

the police arent anywhere near as harsh as the posts on here and the daily mail articles make out. theyd of likely tried to get him out of it after seeing he had had his door kicked in. especially if the 'chav' was a known thug/yob

 So this is 17 months old.

Another thing when watching that better quality video is the 'punch' or should I say 'what punch?'.
Now if the chav had been hit in the throat fair enough but I guarantee he would be holding it at least.

Whaaaat? You can't see the punch because the scal's head obscures it.

Are you trying to suggest that the whole thing was staged? Oh the conspiracy!

You're both worse than Teki/mattheman/other OcUK conspiracy theorists!

I
I'd like to know why the Yob was at his door ?
Also how comes there was so many people there to watch this Dudes door get kicked off ?
Why is nobody sticking up for the home owner ?
What's the story between him & his Young wife ?

This whole story smells of BS to me. Still it made me Laugh which is all that's important really.:p
im guessing from his army and martial arts past hes the sort of guy who doesnt like to take any ****. you can bet that if those kids had ever been causing trouble before then he was the person to go outside and threaten or chase them away. guessing so many people because its a big gang of youths on a poor estate. theres always groups of em hanging about

im only thinking this way because similar happened to my uncle. he caught some kid vandalizing his car and gave chase. for months after he had gangs of them hanging around outside his house basically terrorizing him and his wife. same sort of thing as in this video but every single weekend

Exactly - anything can represent a motive for these degenerates. This kind of stuff goes on in council estates across the country. Neighbourly disputes tend not to result in heated exchanges via letter, but rather violent outbursts like this. Can't believe people are actually second guessing him!

It's probably really bad of me to stereotype like this but I can't help but wonder when the wife is so much younger...

Lost me - what's his wife's age got to do with anything?

Edit: On reflection - if that's sarcasm, it was well disguised ;)

This video made me laugh hard. What a complete tool. I think more people would defend themselves if they werent worried about getting arrested by the police. I hope police dont act on the person for defending his home and family.

Why would they? He didn't do anything illegal. The police probably said "Unofficially, well done" to him.

Many people are worried about being arrested because few people know the law and the media feeds them bull. Many people don't even seem to know the difference between being arrested and being convicted.

For the sake of argument, consider what would happen if somehow the police and the CPS forgot the law and actually prosecuted this man despite video evidence proving that he hadn't committed any crime and somehow the case didn't get immediately dismissed. You'd then get a jury verdict. Do you think 12 fairly randomly selected people would convict him? Of course not.

The UK has a pretty wide definition of "reasonable force". As a rule of thumb, you can hit them until they're no longer a threat. This man was very restrained in his response and well within the UK "reasonable force" definition.

The guy is a war veteran, he chose a name he felt was suitable I guess.

Which that one isn't unless he wants his daughter to lead a horde that tortures civilians to death on an epic scale. Boudicca is not a good role model.

tbh i have to agree, as you say sometimes it can be beneficial, sometimes you'll get a lot worse for your troubles

tanks vid the guy goes a bit ott, but it'll definitely make those little sods think twice about doing it again

Actually no, as they follow the couple out of shot afterwards (the clip Tank posted is only part of it).

I think he wasn't at all over the top. They were a threat. If anything, he didn't use enough force (because they followed him immediately afterwards). Although I'm not certain that the first blow was deliberate, or even if he hit her. Maybe he was waving his arm around for some reason and not aware someone was passing by.

Yeah it's weird that it's getting "reported" now. To be honest, I think the whole youtube page and the SUN article are rubbish.

I think the SUN article is a result of some one pretending to be the "army veteran".

I mean, it's almost a year and a half old, why report it now as if it's a recent event?

Some one looking for glory or just playing a prank I reckon.

Now watch the higher quality version that was posted and if he does punch, he's used Bruce Lee's one inch punch to the neck.
Was it staged? - Who knows but it's weird it was a You Tube video 17 months ago and now is in the News.

Had this been in America, the guy in the black shirt, would have been well within his right to terminate the little scrotes life.

To be honest, if someone was acting like that chav at my door and threatening my life and my families I'm not about to stand there and think 'hmm best only punch him once', I'm going to get the nearest thing that's likely to let him know it was a bad idea (i.e. a baseball bat) and teach him a lesson. It's man's primal nature to defend and I'm not about to pussy foot around the subject if it came to it, in that situation you'd get angry, in a rage, adrenalin is pumping, you don't tend to act reserved, you go all out until he's no longer a threat.

/my opinion

Then you get a dig to the side of the head and wake up in hospital with a head like the goodyear blimp or end up in a cell/jail. I would say that Chav got his jaw broken and the crowd he was playing to got the message. Its alway best to act reserved it leaves you options.
