yes they are, I've not had any in a while since the gf decided to stop eating chicken and move to fish instead..

I think I'll treat myself on Sunday, none for her means 8 for me

You could make them out of strips of quickly fried tuna steak

I like mine with a nice hot salsa and sour cream.

Cheese occasionally aye, but marmite doesn't do it for me. I like the initial taste but the aftertaste of it makes me feel ill
