Asus 4870x2 TriFan replacement ?

I have the Asus 4870x2 Trifan and one of the fins on the fan has broken of making it sound major bad . This does not look like a reference PCB and I was wondering if anyone can suggest a replacement fan or even a place I can get a little fan to replace one of em on this card. Cheers

yeah but as I said the asus trifan is not a reference pcb so surely that wont fit the board is a fair bit different.

I highly doubt they would even ask... and if they did, so what? its broken, fix it.

I purchased it from a friend who while taking it from his computer hit the fan of his soundcard and broke one fin ....it was not right of but the muppet took it of thinking it was ok instead it makes a mental sound that would drive ya crazy. Tried to RMA and apparantly it aint covered or so he says so I took it of him hopeing to fix it .

Fan blades rarely ever just 'break off' by themselves. It's classed as physical damage, and most of the time it won't be covered under warranty.

On a more serious note.. keep checking a certain auction site. You might strike lucky and find someone selling a knackered card for spares.
