The effects of drinking too much at dinner parties..!!

I’m doing the apologising in person tonight. Sod text and calling, I’ll turn up at her place and hopefully the flowers and me apologising will allow us to talk this though, and then I’ll offer to cook Sunday lunch for all the family as a way to say sorry to them as well….

It happens, its not like I’ve slept with anyone else…. I just got a little bit happy, then drunk and missed an important Sunday family gathering. We’ve been though so much and got through it all I guess she didn’t expect if from me… I’m normally the one that keeps everything together and organises everything, thing is I also helped organise the Sunday Family dinner…… We were going to cook it together, hence the leaving my place at 11 to be back at her place to get everything ready. Poor lass ended up cooking for 10 family members on her own. Well 9 as I didn’t make it..

So what if he's a bit of a lightweight and could only manage the 15?



15 cans at a party is a binge , if it waqs 15 cans a day ,everyday then there's cause for concern

15 cans in one night does not make someone an alco, he did say hes not much of a drinker, indicating that this was a one off.
 
Man up! You got drink and she's angry! She should be apologising to you for being a control freak....

Or just act like nothings wrong, works like a treat....
 
What happened to post-dinner chat? Blokes in one room putting the world to rights, women in the other talking about hair and nails etc.

Maybe I'm just a relic of the distant past.
 
OP, i'll give you a fiver if you text your gf saying "sorry, it's all my fault, i accidently the Sunday Dinner".
