Unusual Request - Logitech G15 Owners

Hey guys,

My Logitech G15 (version 1) has become faulty. The lights on it alternate from completely switched off to partially on, then completely on, repeating endlessly. Additionally, the key inputs do not work correctly.

I've not owned it very long but I don't have an invoice for it. Logitech warranty covers it for 2 years, but without an invoice I am screwed. I don't suppose anyone could be so kind as to forward me theirs from their inbox? My email is in my Trust.

P.S. @ Mods: As far as I am aware this is not against the rules, but please close this thread if it is.

I can't help as I bought mine (a v2) in a shop, but it certainly sounds like the the light level switch is jammed down. Might be an idea to look to see if there is anything sticking it down.
 
If you got it from an online store can you not just retrieve the invoice?

THe reason Im hoping you can is because Logitech have the best return policy in the world!

I've had a few RMA's done by them without a receipt before.
THey just want ID numebrs from the Device.
Logitech have cracking CS :)

I just did that and it seems to have worked! :D

They wanted me to send them a photograph of the keyboard and reference number they gave me (:confused:), and apparently an RMA number will soon be on its way.
