You're backtracking. Post 102 advocated killing him as being cheaper than long term imprisonment because his children would be criminals too. You are saying you would kill him because his kids will commit crimes.

And were they detained in a maximum security prison for an indefinite term, for child sex offences... I'm guessing not.

People like Ian Huntley have tried to kill themselves as they would RATHER be dead than live in prison. That doesn't speak of prison being cushy for them, does it to you? For such people, life in prison is a worse punishment than death.

You can't be guilty of a crime if you don't know what you're doing. If people are mentally ill they shouldn't be punished, but should be locked away in a secure hospital for the good of all. Handily, this turns out very similarly to imprisoning them.

Wrong again. You would be killing him for the crime HE commited , the justification of expendature would be based on the fact no children ever spawned from this creature would ever amount to anything other than a further burden on society.

It's amazing how many people should be in a mental institute but aren't. He's clearly insane, raping a baby is past sexual perversion or fetish and is insanity if you ask me.

Doesn't really make sense as if he is locked up in prison for life he won't be spawning children either.

Do you actually know anymore why you are arguing that this guy should be killed as you seem to have somewhat confused yourself.

Ok , I've changed my mind. Lets send him on an all expenses paid trip to butlins , put him in a hotel full of other pedophiles he can talk to and provide him with hot meals , new clothes and as much ice cream as he can eat in the hope he might not be such a ****** up individual after all.

Any time there sorts of arguments happen, I can only console myself with the fact that idiotic ideas like this will never be passed into law, because the amount of people crazy enough to think they're a good idea are few and far between.

Simple...............Lock him up in maximum security. This would be better than death as he would be punished by fellow inmates EVERY DAY. I have seen the programs on what they do to people like him inside!!!

So I am suddenly a diluted, liberal, go with the flow type because I disagree with the state executing people? Not anything to do with the fact that the state has on many occassions wrongly convicted people or that for someone to do something so awful generally means that they are mentally ill and I am not a huge fan of killing mentally ill people?
