I Have Tuna Steaks

Trade them for some Beef?

As above, maybe with some white source, not very fancy but still very nice.

Grab wok, place on heat source, throw in some extra virgin olive oil, add some ground sea salt, pepper, add tuna, cook until sizzling, sprinkle with lemon juice (fresh) then eat.

Alternatively, treat your cat. They will love you forever.

This sound ace.

Thank you sir

Seared with lemon juice and black pepper, and a salad.

Indeed. That is all you need. You don't really need much oil or butter (or any, it depends on your taste/style) - even better on a griddle pan if you have one.

And don't over cook it!! 20s each side max!

Treat them as beef really. I used to make burgers with them or slice them into strips and do a stir fry.

Pan fried or grilled with a salad, chili sauce and new potatoes would appeal to me at the moment.
