I got £8m, also from Sunderland :)

I should have set a recall-clause in Fabio's loan contract, I might need him if I can't find someone else to cover left back now.
 
bah I knew I should have asked for more :p Got Gibson sold for 6.5m over 48 months, didn't sell Park but probably would when I start a game when the full game is out.
 
on fm09 i sold Park, Hargreaves, Carrick, O shea and Berba

Brought in Valencia, Camacho, Veloso, Marcano and Balotelli

Its hard in fm10 :o
 
A new year, a new opportunity to find the bargains before the real world managers do :p

I just sold Fletcher to Chelsea for 15m and I'm not entirely sure whether I should have or not :/

I do have Hamsik, Anderson, Scholes, Carrick, Kacar and Hargreaves coming back soon so I've got plenty there...but I really like Fletcher IRL :(

I've always signed him for the same reason, but haven't done so far.

Might look for another cheaper young player to succeed Vidic, look to have a good 15 year old on the books.

Who are you replacing O'Shea with? I've always sold him and used to play Brown first choice with Rafa / Santon rotated.

Sold Gibson for about 4 million!

Park! I always kept him for a single season, every time as United, played him as back up and he would rack up a fair few apps covering for Ronaldo, then would easily fetch 10+ million in the summer.

God I forgot about Santon, will have to look him up but I assume his asking price will be over 15m now. I bought Rafinha in as a starter with Brown as back up until Rafael is back.the I'll use Brown as a backup DC and full back.
 
£15m is not enough for Fletcher! :( £30m to City in '09 was good but I'm definitely keeping him in '10.

Who do I sign as a young prospect/backup LB/CB now? :confused:

Indeed, has always been a fantastic CM for me, normally rotated as I favor Anderson and Carrick in the middle (if playing with two centers). Against teams that have a strong midfield, playing Hargreaves / Fletcher is always good.

He's expensive.

Rafinha has never impressed me too much.

I have no idea, I'm looking all over for a young CB, have a promising 15 year old on the books at United, Fabio = back up for LB.

I presume you mean Sean McGinty? Yeah, could be decent, but he's most likely only going to be playing youth/reserve football for a couple more years.

I might look into an older LB/CB backup for not too much money. I really should have put that recall clause in for Fabio :(

Don't worry t'is only the demo :p

You could do that, I've kept Fabio as back up for LB, Rafa for RB, and that means I've got two at LB and three for RB, With Wes and Evans covering in the middle.
 
Yeah, I just realised that Evans has a 'competent' rating for LB so that's good enough for now :) Means I probably have one defender too few but like you say, it's only the demo.
 
Just beat Arsenal 3 - 1 at Old Trafford ;)

Gets injured in training, out for a month
