The child is not being punished for underage smoking. The man is as he provided an underage person with cigarettes.

1 fag is hardly that bad for ones health... As I said before, kids living in a big city probably have much more health issues from the rubbish air quality than a kid smoking 1 fag...

Fair enough about the next 13 years, but past 16 they should be able to choose themselves imo... But 4 fags do not make one addicted, unless it's some VERY weak person...

Not THAT addicting though, I always accept a smoke when someone offers me one, and when going out with mates I can easily smoke 5 or 6 fags within an hour ( as they offer em to me)... It doesn't make me want to go out and buy my own at all, and I never will, way too expensive for what you get... I never feel the urge/need to smoke one.
