What does bother me is a man picking on a girl for no apparent reason.
However I'm thoroughly unphased by who has been hit - I don't find her particularly great. She looks like a poodle.

If someone said you could rake in lord knows how many ££'s just for telling people about your life so far, wouldn't you do it?
I can't say I'm much of a Leona fan, or a fan of any celebrity really, but she does have something to talk about, she won X Factor and has been the most successful winner to date
Yeah call me old fashioned but I don't see it as funny for a guy to randomly punch a woman, no matter how silly it is for her to be releasing an autobiography when she's barely out of her teens.
The UK is far too accepting of this sort of behavior, which is part of the problem.

Women get hit by men all the time but if its a celeb it's a newspiece that gets to go in place of other more devastating affairs in other countries when it comes to the evening news no doubt.
If they can turn it into an awareness thing for women who are abused by men then fair play, but I bet it'll just be some more gossip only type news. Gah, I hate the media these days, but it's their readers who choose to accept it I suppose!

It's not old fashioned it's just the way a modern society should behave - even punching another man is ridiculous and pointless. It's a bit of a barbaric and neanderthal thing to do otherwise.
Again, I'm totally not phased by celebrities and "personalities" and frankly have nothing but contempt for most of them - but that shouldn't get in the way of normal human interaction - which this clearly isn't.

If I were already rich and successful (one day) *shakes fist* I like to think I wouldn't. Money can be made plenty of other ways although I fully accept the financial incentive to release a book.
Its not the age thing that bothers me, only that it's all rather dull and predictable for celebrities to go through the motions. It'd be more interesting if she randomly setup something like a tree logging company for example.
The people I really don't get are the one's who queue. There should be sterilisation guns invented and aimed at these people so that they may never breed again.

haha this, I mean who wants to read about her life doing mundane jobs, shes only been famous for 2 years, Jordan has released 3 and some stores are refusing to stock a fourth. Personally it should be law that you can only release one when you are 50 or been famous for 25 years.
To be honest I doubt it was her who came up with the idea of doing a book and I very much doubt she wrote it - she's probably just told that this is what she's doing and that's that.
Back on topic though, she seems like a perfectly nice person, didn't deserve to be hit. The guy is an idiot.
