Games you hate, but everyone else loves.

Team fortress 2...rubbish silly cartoon deathmatch crap

Finally somebody else who agrees with me. PC gamers will probably castrate you for dissing their game though. :p

Whoever said stalker up there I can't agree more. I actually made a thread a month or two back dedicated to my hate of it.

I find TF2 fun to play in short quick sessions when i am bored, can't imagine sitting down and playing it for hours on end though.

All the GTA's after they stopped being top down

this a joke ? do you actually remember how awful the top down ones where ? the only reason they did well is because kids and teens loved that they could do outrageous things like shoot and run people over. drugs too. woaah. cool man

Well for me it has to be GTA IV. I just ended up getting bored playing the single player game, multiplayer had its moments though. The original GTA provided so much enjoyment.

As for the Street Fighter 4 critcism, it does exactly what Capcom were aiming for I think. It is essentially a remake of Street Fighter 2 (which is my favourite game of all time). I have played full 3D fighters but none of them seem to be able to recreate the enjoyment of Street Fighter. I admit I did enjoy Soul Calibre 4 initially but that was just frustrating online, simply button mashing could win you matches and is now not played ata all. Virtua Fighter 5 was just dire, IMO. Tekken is a laugh with mates but still meh. Street Fighter is actually challenging game, just look at all the discussion in SF4 thread.

Uncharted and metal gear solid 4

In the case of mgs4 i like the series i just think mgs4 is a 17 hour rape on my found memories of the series.

And Uncharted i just feel like its the jack of all trade master of none.

Halo (just a crap FPS to me)
Oblivion (played Fallout 3 afterwards and loved it, but never go into Oblivion, even after 3 attempts)
Guitar Hero (I can see why people like it)

MGS IV (I don't take it, but it's not a 10/10 game)

cricket. oh, and guitar hero games. the practice required for expert achievements is a slap in the face. I'd much rather play my real guitar, thanks.
