I'd say the support and the education must be pretty good because this is an EXTREMELY RARE occurence, if it happened every week then fare play something needs to be done but despite the obvious tragedy of this incident there is no point in blowing it up into some national crisis.

If things were as good as they could be, people would take notice, agencies would take notice, and the vunerable would be protected.

The pregnancy was probably in a broken home, unmonitored/uneducated/scared young mother, uninterested parents, no educational support (school gave up trying).

Potential scenario...

Mother gets pregnant, parents disown, boyfriend beats Her, ends up on street.

MOther feels she has no where to turn and goes into child birth on the street. Complications and baby dies.

Mother petrified she may somehow be at fault and have police involved... Panics and dumps baby.

What I have put there could be the situation, so based on that, you can't be too hard.

Oh for gods sake, it could have happened for any number of reasons, she could have been raped or abused and didnt know what the hell to do, so please stop saying such horrible things about someone you dont know. :mad:

That's a pretty good justification for saying horrible things about a person.
