What "realistic" lifestyle would you like?

Ok, so what is your ideal lifestyle?

I would have liked to live in a log cabin in Canada, near a lake, with wood burning fire/stove, wind/water driven power supply and loads of forrest/land around to hunt and fish etc. I would also liked to have some luxuries like an internet connection and a road to civilisation not too far away but just being as 'self sufficient' as possible would be good.

I never really got into the "must have a RR and big house with snooker table/tenis courts" etc so what 'realistically' would you like?

?

this, exactly.

I would like to live near the sea or a lake, but in the UK it is too cold to go outside most of the time so I would rather have better holidays unless I could afford a home like this abroad.

Expensive condo, either in Japan or Thailand. Complete with bar/pool* room. My job would have course be to audition lapdancers for expensive nightclubs.

*Pool as in the table kind, of course.

As above but with some mountains to climb and some good cycle routes.

I wouldn't mind being a teacher or doing something where I actually do something meaningful. The hours seem pretty good too but the money is poor grrrr.

Failing that then the Rolls and big house with the tennis court and pool etc.

I am in the middle at the moment but the latter is not unrealistic by any means.

Lakefront apartment somewhere warm with a couple of speedboats, one for cruising and one for water sports, a couple of jet skis and a water trampoline.

This was on I saw in Seattle that pretty much sums up what I want...even down the to loyal golden retriever!

£100k / year salary for my photography would do fine.

Me, a wife and 2 Irish wolfhounds in an English country house with quite a bit of wooded land and a lake, not far from a lovely picturesque rural English village. Possibly have a small farm to attend to during the day, and at night delve into a great book while also having a go at writing my own.

:)

This one is pretty swell.

Few worries, many friends, mostly good times, and the opportunity to travel. Sound good to me!

But millionaire porn star, if we must.

I think you will need to be on more than 100K a year to have that sort of lifestyle :)

A beautiful wife, a boy and a girl....living in pacific northwest. Making 80-120G /year doing auto/motorport engineering...nice modern house designed and built by me on the edge of a lake or top of mountain.
