I've sold things here and there for years on ebay without any problems so I am not versed in what to do when things go a bit awry.

I put an iPod up on ebay, which clearly stated that it had a few problems, this sold on Sunday for a decent price, however I just received a message from the winner stating that he has just read the item listing properly and has only just made himself aware that there are problems and thus he will not be paying for the item.

This means that at this moment I have lost listing fees plus final value fees.

Is there anything I can do in this situation?

Ah, I hadn't thought of that.

Is there a time limit to which I can flag someone as a non-paying bidder? I'm thinking I will offer it 2nd Chance for 3/5 days and then flag him if it isn't accepted.
