Do women spend more money then men?

Hello all,

Question for today is....

Would you agree in saying that women spend more money on themselves then men?
 
Women spend money on clothes, shoes, make-up.

We may spend less, but atleast its fun stuff like PC bits, hookers, booze and drugs :)
 
Dunno, I spend more than my girlfriend, I go on spending sprees every so often to improve my pc or something to do with it that doesn't really need doing that much. My girlfriend has clothes bought for her a lot by her mum though and I treat her more than she treats me and more expensively too, she is a student though.
 
women spend less but more often, guys spend more but less often

women have shows, clothes, make up etc

guy have plasmas, xboxs and prostitutes
 
They buy more but generally cheaper, I buy less but more expensive, works out about the same......yes I'm kidding myself, I spend a load more than her tbh.
 
I'd say it was roughly equal. What she spends on creams, perfume, massages, hair, nails etc I probably spend on gadgets. Fortunately she's not one of these daft designer clothes obsessed wenches!
 
From my observation I think women buy less expensive items more frequently, whereas men purchase more expensive items less frequently.

I find that girls spend £300 on a bag, and/or £200 on a pair of shoes and have hardly anything left at the end of the month, but i will save up like crazy for a few months, and then spend 6k on a car.
 
Phew.. Dunno. I can spend money pretty well when I need to.

Console Gaming
Cars
Dining out..
Clothing...

I think men can be just as bad as women. There are exceptions though... some women can also spend when they clearly shouldn’t.
