It's a shame it does cost what it does, because it looks like a pretty awesome car, a few videos I've seen of it make it look absolutely savage.

Looks nice, but I think I would save a fortune and opt for a Focus RS instead, but I do love my CTR.

AFAIK the FRS is slower. Plus, it's a Ford and will rust in 5 years.

Crazy price, but nice to see Honda with just some of performance stuff kicking around after the stuff they have show cased at Toyoko show. (CR-Z being one of them

Honda have obviously recognised its not commericially viable but as a kick start to Mugen euro have comissioned 20 of them.

I see a few FN2 on my commute, they certainly have grown on me in terms of how they look and thats a pretty sorted build.

This is built as a drivers car, as are all the Type-Rs, so no doubt why Mugen keep Hondas Type-R ethos.

The journos that have tested it rate it quite highly for what it's intended for. It's not as fast as a Focus RS, but that's not the aim of the car. It's a stripped out track car with high speed cornering and fun in mind.

If it was priced similar to the FRS, I'd choose the Mugen over it for sure. It looks like lairy chuckable fun, right up my street. The price is unforgivable though, but then they did the same in Japan with the Mugen FD2 and that had a higher production run.
