The all encompassing BNP thread - keep all crap in here.

Brilliant, Legal Officer of the BNP calling for riots. Just want we want from a political party.

http://www.guardian.co.uk/politics/2009/oct/25/nick-griffin-question-time-bnp

And in a move that is likely to reinforce concerns that Griffin's appearance will spark violence, Barnes used his personal website to suggest that "perhaps there needs to be a few 'white riots' around the country a la the Brixton riots of the 1980s before the idiot white liberal middle class and their ethnic middle-class fellow travellers wake up".

Friend of mine said this:

"The geek that I am...I have my info sheet from when we to QT in Brum last year & the instruction actually says:
3. Your question should be short, sharp and pithy"

Wonder when pithy changed to provocative - though they have similar meanings.

The BNP supporters wouldn't know what "pithy" means so they had to change it...;)

So not content with being responsible for the absolute disaster you voted in for three terms, you now want to vote BNP, who have even less in the way of coherant policies based on actual useful measures...

There are some days when I become convinced there needs to be qualifications for the right to vote...

you saying that as i voted labour and they made a mess of it I shouldn't be allowed another vote?

Oh well on that basis the majority won't be able to vote this election then will they!

You talk utter rubbish I'm glad I live in a country where I can still vote for a bnp if it was down the fascist left wing thugs who masquerade as UAF I wouldn't be able to exercise my democratic vote, oh the irony of UAF.

Another piece of poor journalism. Lee Barnes was not attacking Nick Griffin as the Guardian alleges, and he has written a response in his blog today.

http://leejohnbarnes.blogspot.com/
Party member makes statement critical of party leader.
Party leader slaps down party member.
Party member recants, claiming that he "misspoke".
Nobody believes a word of his denial.
Golly gosh, how unusual

Nick Griffin used to be a Nazi sympathiser who denied the Holocaust.
Nick Griffin claims no longer to be a Nazi and acknowledges that based on British radio intercepts during the war, the Germans may have killed a number of Jews.
Nobody believes a word of his denial either.

Incidentally, http://leejohnbarnes.blogspot.com/ does give an interesting insight into the views of the BNP ;)

I'm not sure if the Tories are anti gay.

Dont they all have strange fetish parties dressed in gimp outfits out of hours ?

What kind of stupidity is this?
No where was it stated that since you voted labour that you can't vote.

The comment was really a remark on how absurd your voting pattern is (as is anyone who votes for BNP).

You are disillusioned with how Labour ran the country and yet you think that BNP some how have broad coherent and dependable policies that can support GB?

Dolph merely mentioned that it might be sensible to require a qualification before one is a allowed to vote. Currently their is only one qualification, age.

Dolph arrogantly dismisses everyone who votes for parties he doesn't support as being too stupid to deserve a vote.

Well, there are exactly 2 reasons why anyone would vote for the BNP:
1) Utter stupidity
2) Racist

More than likely it is a combination of the two.
If you want the same abhorrent immigration rules as the BNP then you can vote for the UKIP without the overtly racist constitution. So if one votes for the BNP over UKIP it is either due to stupidity of not understanding the BNPs constitution or simply being a racist thug.

One can only hope stupidity is the primary factor. At least you can't help being stupid, but their is no excuse for racism in the 21st century.

Last time I checked, Baroness Warsi was not an MP, nor were her views in line with conservative party views. This may be a shock, but they do allow freedom of opinion in that party...

Opinion you say utter tosh, she speaks for the tories in westminster does she not.

Now would you care to actually answer the questions asked of you, rather than posting some irrelevant crap around one individual in the party?

Lets look at their leader shall we and how he voted.

Policy 'Homosexuality - Equal rights' David Cameron -absent
Policy 'Homosexuality - Equal rights' 2nd reading -David Cameron -absent
Policy 'Homosexuality - Equal rights' David Cameron voted-NO

2004 he changed his mind

'Homosexuality - Equal rights' -David Cameron voted Aye
but then he changed again
Policy 'Homosexuality - Equal rights' - David Cameron -adsent

Hmm looks like he can't make his mind up. But now he want's to be in Gov he is backing them every which way.
He even went on the Gay pride march, now is that two faced? YES.

Roger Helmer MEP or Edward McMillan-Scott
Says homophobia does not exist. http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/politics/gay-tory-daves-embarrassing-friends-1769707.html

I could go on all day but...

Last time I checked, she is in the Shadow Cabinet.

If she is immune from criticism due to not being an MP then I assume you also absolve Lord Mandelson from any criticism due to not being an MP either.

You might have some credibility if you didn't move the goalposts every time your arguments come apart.

She has made comments on gays in line with Nick Griffin, such as saying that homosexuality should not be taught to young children.

Her comment about bogus asylum seekers not existing was absolutely ridiculous.

I have a gay friend who votes Tory, and works for a Conservative MEP team. Not once has he complained about homophobic issues within the party.

I wonder if the same can be said for an ethnic minority (specifically Asian, Black or Chinese) who votes for BNP, and wants to work for the BNP MEP team feel the same about racial issue within the party?

And even then, say we saw Griffin come into power, you can just imagine him sitting in #10 twiddling his thumbs not a clue what to do.

When Stoke's first BNP Counsellor (Steve Batkin) got voted in, he didn't say one word in 12 months in the Council chambers because he hadn't got a clue.
I saw him in a meeting and when asked about his time as a Counsellor he just said "It's OK" and then finished with "If you know any old people who want their gardens doing then get in touch".
