(Well, you could - but it isn't financially viable, it would cost more than buying a decent one, and it would never drive in a straight line or be as rigid as new ever again).
 
That is a VERY long and expensive job, save the money and get a working one... Honestly.

I'd say that the chasis is probably twisted beyond economical reapir, also if you did repair it, knowing what a stack it had rpeviously taken would you feel safe in that ?

As said before price for strip is too high
