What GFX Card Options for an old Dell OptiPlex GX620

Someone I know has an old'ish Dell OptiPlex GX620 and he wants to add a GFX card to it, as it's currently running some onboard Intel Media Accelerator 950. The case is one of those small form factor things, so I'm guessing any GFX card option would be have to be a low-profile card?

The best way to find out would be to run CPU-Z, take a screenshot of the motherboard tab and post it here. Then open it up and take pictures. The only one i can find:

I'm guessing options are limited, so any upgrade would be cheap.

Well if you can find a low profile 4670 you'd be laughing. I know for a fact there's low profile 4650's which aren't that bad. Depending on what they're actually going to use it for a 4550/4350 or 3450 might do.
