Just wondering where/what website is the cheapest to get a case of Kopparberg pear and mixed fruits?
Anyone tried the elderflower and lime? Does that taste any good?

Supermarket, probably. Unless you're talking about buying in bulk, in which case an off-license/warehouse type place might do the trick.

Yeah, the elderflower and lime one is surprisingly good.

Lidl sometime's has it for about a £1 a bottle.

Have you tried Morrison's? They always have it.. fantastic selection of beer / cider / lager....

I'm not a drunk... honest...:p

I saw Kopparberg in Asda yesterday of the fruity variety. No idea how much though, not my cup of tea, er, drink.

I don't love it anymore. Used to, but it's too sweet now I've tasted proper cider. Forget about your magners, strongbow and all that rubbish. I'm sure some cider buffs on here can recommend something much better (and usually cheaper). The best ones aren't often in supermarkets, though I did try a variety I found in sainsburys that was good -henneys. Less than £1.50 a bottle I think.

Of course, as soon as you leave the westcountry it gets a lot harder to find good cider!

Thatchers, Merrydown or something from Westons when I want a nice, easy to find supermarket cider :)

Strongbow et al are ok if cold and it's a hot night, Woodpecker, Koppaberg etc are just too sweet

I'm usually on Kopparberg but I have been drinking some cheaper 'Doyle's' made for andf bought from Spar. I was expecting a Skol level of quality but it's actually not that bad.

Thread revival :p

I'm loving Kopparberg Pear Cider at the moment. Is it worth trying Magners Pear Cider?

The GF says it's nice. But google says it's like poison compared to the swedish stuff!

Thanks x
