Fried Chicken Shops

Living in Seven Sisters (yo) there were 9 fried chicken shops on the high street, 5 hairdressers, 4 random food markets and a couple estate agents.

Competition is great though, 5 spicy wings, chips and a can of coke for £1.99? Barjen :p

Here here. I always get my chicken craving from the PFC by Bruce Grove station when in Tottenham (yo), across the road from the Dixies. 2 piece chicken, drink and chips for 1.99, i definetly don't wanna know the history of that meat :D

You bugger :) lol... Funny thing is I have had a voucher book from them on my kitchen work surface for the past week or two that my Dad "accidently left" when he was watching the Spurs game the other day.
Think its gonna have to be a Miss Millies Mega Football Sunday this weekend. So much for getting ripped by Crimbo. I have been doing so well but if I just tell myself Chicken is protien then its makes me feel better about the endless saturated fat & no doubt 10 x calorie intake for the day (god im turning in to a bore) ha ha

But have fun with the Pot Noodles when camping. They are actually another guilty vice (especially the Chicken & Beef ones) lol

There's always been millions of them in Southend, especially Westcliff.

And if you can't work out how they turn a profit... come on... go to Westcliff (Valkryie Road area specifically) and look around you. There are hundreds and hundreds of reasons why they turn a profit walking around

:D :D

Saying that, that particular shop seems to have regulars - always the same people hanging outside when I walk past there. Westcliff is the particular area I was talking about actually mate. There's at least six chicken shops within a ten minute walk of that KFC. You've even got one opposite, one two doors down and one supposedly opening next-door to one of them. It's ridiculous.

There's a pizza shop where me and Nix live called Pizza Come Come

Good job Stavros!

And just across the road there is Pizza Go Go. Evidently they're trying to tell us something. Incidently I noticed a new reptile shop today that I had no idea existed (which also happens to be next to a bloody chicken shop) and I was so tempted to buy a Gecko. I resisted, but my life does suddenly feel a little empty. :p

These fried chicken shops, (chicken and ribs, perfect fried chicken, etc) are just extremely cheap franchises to buy into that can see you turn profit in large towns where tacky nightclubs and bars exist.

Chicken & Mushroom Not Poodle is awesome, I've had pot noodle on toast before now. I've packed a few Bombay Bad Boy ones as well, which seem to only be edible after a few pints of cider... :D Good job someone is also bringing 5 gallons of rough cider, so I guess this weekend will turn out to be the opposite of going to one of those health spa things! As long as the tent goes up before the cider comes out then I think I'll survive! As for the Millies, protien in the chicken, and loads of vitamins in the lettuce! :p

Aha, E London, the home of the chicken shop, so many, within a half mile radius, erm, approx 25 or so? Always go to the same one as the bloke that owns it is pleasant enough and i've not been ill from there :)

£2.49 gets you a fillet burger, proper chips and a can of drinkies. £1 per piece of chicken, and £1 for 6 hot wings....

Might pop down there now, this threads made me droool :D
