Suggestions - Friends birthday in Amsterdam! ;)

Any suggestions for a good place to go one evening for drinks/dinnner. Something to amuse and entertain him?
Take him to see a Banana Show at Casa Rosso and make sure he 'volunteers' to get on stage.
Dude for me:
1. Visit the Greenhouse Café.
2. Have a pick’nik in one of the many parks. Include a&h salad’s egg, potato fish thinggys, amazing. Also waffles. nom
3. Visit the photo mesuem – INTENSE.
4. Take bikes out of the city. There are so many amazing cycle routes, it may look/seem intense but when you are on the bike its incredible.
5. Now illegal
But above all (for me) be prepared to be inspired.

Been before but went with people who don't even drink!
I went to Amsterdam for my older Bro's stag do a few weeks back, we went go-karting at a place about 15mins drive out of the city centre and it was awesome.
No idea how much it cost as it was part of the package, but we had 4 races over about 2 hours and it was a great way to kill off the hangover from the previous night.
