Ask to speak to the store manager. If no joy, customer services, if no joy, small claims writ. That will kick them up the arse and into action... believe me.

Couldnt apologise enough to me - hes just found out there has been a recall of these cases as they have a design flaw and he will grant a full refund!

no its called Westinghouse/BNFL now. However, the site im on there is a big company called NNL.

We deal with all the radioactive waste and samples and stuff from sellafield, springfields etc.

Its an amazing opportunity!!!! We do other stuff but check the website to see what we do.
