The Pc I bought wasnt overclocked

I bought this pc a while back

Titan Fusion" AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 7850+ Black Edition 2.80GHz @ 3.00GHz DDR2 System

I phone customer support i was told they would give me the correct oveerclock profile here for my pc...

Im not sure if this is the correct section to post but I need the profile because the correct OC profile wasnt given, CPU-Z still says 2.8 ghtz on the clock even after i load the profile via bios seems the OC profile is set to default the multipliers all say auto so i think their all set at stock settings, I need you to send me the correct overclock profile for this pc thanks , Even if i load the OC1 Profile all volts/multipliers are on auto so, even the saved profile is default can someone tell me the correct overclock settings for this pc, going thou everything, If you can much appericated

good luck your gonna need it. still waiting 4 months now for my profile from them, not that i need it now.lol
 
why is the service so good when u buy the pc, but crap when u go into technical takes like 50 mins for them to pick the phone up everyday, and when they do pick up they hardly help always waiting for them to do something

There may be the problem that the BIOS reset have you checked the profiles in the BIOS settings?
 
Yeh You'll have to web note the team and they will either ask for it to be sent back or will give you some settings that should work but of they don't will have to be sent back.
 
This overclock should be easily achievable without the profile. That cpu increase is only one multiplier notch up, and something like that may well work on stock voltage.

if not, one notch up should do it.
