But they are allowed elevation changes, look at Turkey - that's fairly undulating.
Vettel does a doughnut and the director is to busy looking at the hotel for the 1 millionth time.
Oh yes they're allowed elevation changes. Just not drastic ones, they're also not allowed extreme cambers iirc. With current regulations they'll never be able to make corners equivalent to Eau Rouge at Spa or the Corkscrew and Laguna Seca.
