I googled 4 legged spiders and it said it could be a "Brown recluse" I googled that and it has 6 legs. DO NOT google that under google images. The bite marks are

Scorpions are arachnids and they only have 6 legs.

The spider probably lost some of its legs in fights.

Better be careful if it is the brown recluse variety...

really, it's not bad at all, haven't you seen an open infected wound. Watch more I was bitten or other survival programs. There's a snake that does far worse and just keeps coming back to kill flesh decades after the attack.
