Crysis Warhead and more! - £3.99 New

I was looking for a copy of this on the MM but no one wanted to sell it for under a tenner. Check out this cracking deal along with a few others. Direct download from EA.

Use this voucher code to get the games for £3.99 each instead of £4.99 - MyVoucherCodes20%

I can also vouch for BF2142, fantastic game and there is hours of fun to be had in the MP :)

Tempting. Wish they'd done a Crysis+Warhead bundle for £10 or something though, I'd definitely buy that.

Do games purchased through this service have to be run through EA's downloader app then? Or do they just install as normal?

You download it through the EA downloader, but after that you install and can run it as normal. There is a DRM five install limit, but you can deactivate your install to get one back if you need to reinstall Windows etc.

By the way, the code VoucherCodes.com25% gives 25% off :)

Can't you only download it for a year or something too?

Apparently yeah. And with no 'official' way to back it up. You can backup the EADM folder though. Albeit in the case of this game it would need a dual layer DVD, or split across two DVDs.

Well, I don't really have a problem with the idea of backing things up... But by the sounds of things, I'll just end up having to pirate the game in a year :s

I'm not trying to lay into EADM completely... I'd actually quite like to buy C:W.

Only if you have a catastrophic hard drive failure 5 times between now and next year or are exceptionally lazy or forgetful.

Probably true, yeah. But if I buy it over Steam I have quite a bit more security in terms of being able to redownload the content in future.
