Battlefield BC2 looking dam sweet

Why do people still keep saying BF3 is the saviour

It will still be using some form of the frostbite engine, it will be DICE/EA and due to that it is extremely unlikely it will stay PC exclusive, I can't imagine what you guys are expecting from BF3 that is so bonerific compared to what BC2 is now?

Jets, massive maps made for 64 players in mind, commanders. Just a few that spring to mind. Plus unless there is something I have not heard of it will essentialy be in a league of its own on PC with a massive fanbase that will lap it up.

There are lots of things that are impossible to do on a console just in BF2 which is quite long in the tooth now.

yeah that's all nice and dandy but what makes you think it won't be on a console?? which would make it consolified and also BC2 is likely to have 64 players anyway

EA were one of the people saying we need multiplatform and not exclusive stuff and all DICE's latest games have been multiplat so I don't see how this will change for BF3, I'm not trying to argue I'm just saying if you are expecting a completely different experience to BC2 then don't get your hopes up

i loved BF2, but it was soon taken over by hackers. Although PB stopped the majority, there were always those that paid for the hacks and so stayed ahead of PB.

No doubt this will go the same way.
Give over, it wasnt taken over by hackers at all, you might get the odd lamer, but you make it sound like it was overun when it was nothing of the sort.
