Best iPhone package for new customer?

Thinking about getting an iPhone for xmas and so I need some help with where to look? I understand that O2 and Orange offer very similar packages, but are there any deals to be had that I'm not aware of? Thanks.
 
I have a friend who works in the local Apple store, I'm going to ask him if there is anything he can get for me. I'm not holding my breath.
 
Have a look at the HTC Hero, I tried it out recently and it's brilliant!

hopefully ordering mine soon.
 
So are Orange selling their contracts at the same rate then? I'd be interested to know what the OFT think of that...
 
iPhones are great little toys but in the real world do u really have time to use all of its features?

Im liking the looks of the Bold 9700 atm.

thats hardly a reason not to own one ?, because it has too many features ?

i just jumped from being a long term winmo user to iphone and it's a joy to use, does everything I want smoothly, quickly and without fuss. i use it as a business tool, and find it flawless.

and if I ever get bored it entertains as well....

I doubt I've ever used all the features on any phone I've ever owned. I doubt many people have.

Made the same switch, for much the same reasons. Most of the time, it just works. I appreciate that.
