this was truly awesome
Cooked in exactly the same way as my Dad used to do it! Had this probably once a week since living with my Dad from the age of 15 and since moving out a few years ago I haven't had it for ages.
Well tonight I figured I'd make it myself.
Ok so it's not the hardest of dishes.
Hopefully you'll end up with something which looks like below
And for dessert...
Ohh, After Eights, half price in the blue supermarket
Not a very exciting dish but my belly is happy

- Basically fry a couple of pork chops until they are nearly well done.
- Peel some potatoes, boil em then mash them and add a tablespoon of butter and a bit of milk.
- Peel some carrots, bung em in water and microwave them for 10 mins.
- Finish off with a dash of mint sauce. (I drench the mash in it normally and mix it in
)
Hopefully you'll end up with something which looks like below
And for dessert...
