What are the quietest graphic cards?

Well usually low power=low noise, but having said that, the Radeon 5xxx cards are very quiet considering the performance.
 
My sister had 1 totaly quiet as it justh ad a big heatsink on it but im not sure you can get a super powerfull 1 or overlcok well with no fans or water. so guess it was a lowrange 1 .
 
The Powercolor looks the job, wonder what the retail will be and if OC wil stock it?

Thinking of something like this for an HTPC build instead of a 785G IGP mobo.

Edit, would the PowerColor SCS3 HD575 passive outperform a Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 4870 1024MB GDDR5 Toxic Edition card?

Not quite, the 5750 performance is below that of a 4870.
